Clinical Dietician Martin Lau is this week’s guest on the Food For Fitness Podcast. Martin previously worked in the sports supplement industry but now is a dietician for a national arthritis charity. A keen sportsman with a rugby background, Martin is now either found lifting heavy in the gym or trying his hand at American Football.

In this episode, Martin shares his experience of working with hundreds of 100’s clients in a clinical setting. We chat about the obesity crisis, food intolerance testing kits and our opinion of them, the ‘anabolic window’, healthy eating on a budget and lots more in this informative show.

FFF 009 : Clinical Dietetics, Food Intolerances & Tackling Obesity – with Martin Lau is a post from: Food For Fitness
