Nutrition coach, physique pro, trainer and all round top bloke Jamie Alderton joins Scott Baptie for this week’s Food For Fitness Podcast.

Jamie has always led a healthy lifestyle. He started out his career serving in the Army before moving into the fitness scene. He now has a huge following on social media, has competed in natural bodybuilding, runs his own training studio and is sponsored by several brands in the fitness industry.

In this episode Scott and Jamie chat about his journey in the industry. Jamie shares his experiences of following a stereotypical “bodybuilding diet” when he first started out before transitioning to a more flexible and varied nutrition approach. He explains some of the problems his clients encounter when trying to lose fat, his approach to behaviour change and mindset and loads more helpful tips that makes this a great show. Enjoy!
