Tanya Halliday RD joins Scott Baptie for this week’s Food For Fitness Podcast.

Tanya is a registered dietician who is taking time-out from her PhD at Virginia Tech University to share some interesting lessons she’s learned from her research involving weight training for beginners and the resulting dietary changes. She’s recently competed in a bodybuilding competition, is a former vegan and she’s crazy about oatmeal.
